Fujairah Fishing Competition took place on Friday, 14th October 2011 as a start for the season 2011-2012.

The fishing competition had three categories namely Longest catch, heaviest catch, most unusual catch, and the ladies category. This family fun event also had kids who enjoyed this event.

The Winners are:

Heaviest Catch:

- 1st prize: Ahmed Obaid.

- 2nd prize: Ali Rashed.

- 3rd prize: Gregory John.

Longest Catch:

-1st prize: Roland Ross.

- 2nd prize: Frank Loeffer.

- 3rd prize: Mohammed Amin.

Ladies Category:

- 1st prize: Leyla Abiyaev.

- 2nd prize: Shirley.

- 3rd prize: Kathelyn.

Most unusual catch:

- Alex Lour.

The Kids category:

- Stephan Rossler.

- Larm Loeffler.
