Under the patronage of H.H Sheik Mohammad Bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Fujairah Tourism & Antiquities Authority organized a number of cultural and traditional events under the slogan “My Gulf Culture” which is coinciding with The International Heritage Day which takes place on 18^th April of each year.

This event which last for five days comes from the assiduous Authority to conserve and display the culture and heritage of the Gulf countries.

Mr. Ahmed Khalifa Al Shamsi the Chairman of Fujairah Tourism & Antiquities Authority welcomed the H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Hamad Al Sharqi in the beginning of the his speech thanking him for his support to make sure this event to be a success, and to present or reserve the joint culture of the Gulf countries. Mr. Al Shamsi also thanked the cooperations which ensured the events success of such events.

The event started by hosting the authority students of Ajman University of Science and Technology, Branch of Fujairah of different Gulf nationalities to highlight their Gulf cultures.

H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Hamad Al Sharqi and Distinguished delegates walked around the heritage village which was organized by the authority, and expressed their joy and happiness to witness the cooperation of the Gulf countries' students along with the authority to conserve the unique heritage and culture of the area.

His Highness also honored Mr. Al Shamsi Chairman of the authority, the representatives of the Gulf countries, and the cooperative institutes which supported the event.
